If you received the goods of good quality, but you did not fit the size, color or style of the product:

You must be aware and agree that you order not a ready-made item from the warehouse, but an individually manufactured product, services for drawing a picture on the substrate and all materials used in doing so.
Goods created in our store fall under the category of goods with individually defined properties (Article 26.1 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act).

In the event that the mistake was made by our employees and you received not what you ordered, or the goods do not comply with the declared characteristics, you have the right to exchange goods or demand a refund.

- In case the customer's representative returns the goods and the passport data and bank (or other) requisites (for the return of funds) of the client are given in the application for refund, the representative must be presented with the corresponding notarial power of attorney. In the absence of a notarized power of attorney, the goods are not accepted for return from the client's representative.
- If the customer's representative is returning the goods and the passport data and bank (or other) details (for the refund of money) of the client's representative are indicated in the application for refund, the refund of the funds will be made according to the details of the client's representative. A notarial power of attorney is not required in this case.
- The refund period depends on the method of return and is no more than 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods to the warehouse of the Seller along with the return application filled out by the Buyer.
